- What is the Holy Communion?

+The praise I give to the Father in your heart, in your soul. You should consciously participate in this worship, you should include your sacrifice in Mine. With all your strength and with all your might. Communion received in this way is a communion with Me in the Sacrifice and Worship of God the Father - it transforms the soul, and gives My power.

+Control your feelings.

 - To You as well?

 +Yes. The excess of feelings makes it difficult to stay calm and focused in Me.

It also makes it difficult to operate. Life is work, not emotions. Feelings should be a source of work rather than emotion. Then they are creative and their fruit is permanent.

 - I would like to thank You so much for today's confession, for today...

 +Give thanks to those who are useful to you and to others.

- What is the time You give to us?

+A daily chance to follow Me to build your future life.

It will be as it will be built here. It is a chance given only in this life. This is an extremely valuable opportunity, worked out by Me - you know how. And through My Mother.

 - My helplessness is great; I cannot even desire as we should: constantly and ardently. What's left for me to do?

 +Trust and ask.

It's good that you feel helpless. Powerlessness is the beginning of My power in you. I can bestow my power on those who purify themselves from faith in their own abilities and strength.

Only these become strong by My power.

Be as helpless as a child. I will carry you like Father. Sit with Me, like Mary, and watch and listen and you will learn everything in your time.

Listen to My voice, look at Me.

  - Something is blocking and making it difficult to go deeper...

 +Your pride.  You tend to attribute to yourself what is My grace.

Beware of it.  It is an inclination based on satanic instigation that leads many to lose, including My chosen ones.

Know that everything you have and who you are you receive from Me.  Reason, intelligence, education, health - I gave you everything and give you every day.  The things that you also have, you have found out many times that they are from me.

That I have called you to My service and that I am guiding you is a grace, and although it is a special grace, it is not due to your merits.  Someday you'll understand it fully.  Now you must believe.  The merit of faith consists in the fact that a man believes, although he does not know, even though his reason tells him otherwise.

Faith is trust in My Word, My Promise.  As long as you are human, you will not fully understand, but you can still fully trust and act in accordance with what you profess.

Consistency counts, and only it.  Feelings are precious, but if they do not decide about life, about following My Word, they are worth nothing because they are a lie.

 Think it over and review your daily life.

I demand more from you because I want to give you more.

Don't be afraid that you can't.  I know what you are capable of, and I want you to achieve everything that is possible for you.

Trust and let Me work in your life.  Don't hinder or restrict.

You can achieve a lot - I have made you capable of it.  So trust and be subject to My will.

Be zealous in doing good, no matter what difficulties you encounter.

​​If anyone wants to follow Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross and follow Me.

 - I have so much trouble ahead of me.  I feel tired.

 +I have not sent you here to rest.  Rest will be in heaven if you deserve it.  Here you are to endure toil and suffering to gain merits leading to heaven - if you want...

 - Should I be a person of action or a person of prayer?

 +Do not separate it.  Both are needed.

Prayer based on unwillingness to act and work is worth nothing.  Similarly, work and actions without prayer, without leaning on Me, are fruitless.

It is a vain effort that sometimes brings evil instead of good.

 - I would like to do everything that You want, but You see, Father, how incompetent I am.  How many bad thoughts push into my heart.  They are not mine, but I find it difficult to remove them, to throw them away.  Help...

 +Stay with Me in spite of everything.  Especially when you're struggling...and trust.
