+Watch your thoughts. Your growth and following Me depends on them.

 Good or bad starts with a thought. Thought has creative power, and without realizing it, your thoughts are constantly creating good or evil.

 Good when they contribute something constructive to your actions towards yourself or others in terms of spiritual development.

 Evil when they are bland. When they consume time that could be used creatively. Then they cause general laziness and spiritual stagnation.

 The greater evil is mental persistence and delight in things, people, and one's own ambitions.

 Such thoughts block following My call. They lead to another side road. They are moving further and further away from Me. This is worse than stagnation.

 The worst thoughts are doubts and rebellion. Rebellion against situations, tasks, people. It is a rebellion against Me, because I act through situations, events, people.

 Rebellion breeds strife, and strife is the most prolific evil - it unleashes evil in others. This is going in the opposite direction.

 Assessing is the beginning of doubt and rebellion.

 Your human evaluation is wrong because it is based on your own measure. Man - none - is a model and cannot treat himself as a model of anything or anyone.

 I am the Model and the Truth. Only My judgment is true. The only positive way to evaluate is to use Me as a model. This was also the reason for My human life among you.

 It is more important, however, if you want to instruct others, to instruct them by the example of your own attitude, conduct, wisdom, gentleness and other qualities, of which I have given you an example, than by words. With words, there is always a risk of not being confirmed by deeds. And the lack of such confirmation, especially contradictions, give rise to doubt and rebellion in others.

 Which is the worst thing.

+It is necessary to apologize for thoughts that are the beginning of an evil act. Let thoughts be with Me, let them be filled with prayer - then there will be no room for evil in them.

 If thoughts are filled with good, evil will not be born in them. It is better to fill them with good than to waste energy later on removing evil that grows and takes root.

 Be with me, we will build good thoughts in you together. If you give them to Me, I will see to it that the goodness in them grows and spreads.

 Mk 13:26

 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

 - Tomorrow I have a catechesis on repentance. What is most important?

+Genuine regret and desire to improve.

 Sin is the result of disobedience. To be obedient to My commands, one must train and improve oneself by obedience to people who are placed above.

 Also through obedience to oneself in carrying out the obligations undertaken.

 Regret for wrongdoing without action for improvement has no value, because it changes nothing. And everything in life should lead to a change for the better - to perfection.

 - What about obedience when it is difficult to accept commands or the man who gives them?

+Be very careful when judging a person. Rather, limit yourself to evaluating actions, although you do not have full discernment here either.

 Know that I work through people. Situations that look bad can lead to good. Your superior can be and is My instrument.

 You just have to trust Me, ask for advice, for help - and I will give it. With total trust - giving yourself to Me in a difficult situation - everything leads to good for you and the other person.

 Opposition and any struggle breeds evil on both sides. On the other hand, loving submission builds the good in you and crushes the bad in the other.

 - But you can't accept evil, by not revealing it.

+Disclose. Speak without a trace of anger or revenge. With concern for his good, yours and those whom it concerns.

 However, if it is a binding command of a man who has been given power over you, it must be accepted and offered to Me as an offering.

 Offering Me such situations and problems will give incomparably more than trying to fight on your own.

 All discord, all struggle is evil.

 Good is: sacrifice and prayer, and love.

 - What can be a penance?

+Anything that requires effort, sacrifice, physical or mental suffering. It is best, if it is combined with helping others - more with helping to build up the soul than with caring for the body.

 Repentance in which you focus only on yourself, can be tinged with selfishness and, consequently, with pride. Then it produces a greater evil than that for which it was undertaken.

 - How should I prepare for a talk on the Eucharistic Sacrifice?

+The whole Eucharist is thanksgiving.

 I also established it so that you can give thanks. So that by participating in it you develop an attitude of thanksgiving. Your whole life should be soaked in thanksgiving and gratitude.

In this spirit you must talk to Me and address Me.

 Everything you have and who you are is My gift of love. Totally everything.

 And despite your rebellions and ingratitude, I still love you, I await your return and I make a constant sacrifice of Myself to save you.

 This sacrifice is eternal because it lasts and takes place all the time. It is a timeless and ageless sacrifice. You live in it, you breathe it. It saves you every moment of your life.

 Strive to know the truth about Me, desire it. With this knowledge, gratitude will grow within you.

 Ingratitude is also the fruit of ignorance.

 If you knew even a particle of the Truth and were able to penetrate it, each of you would weep for your own ingratitude.

 During the Holy Mass I am offering Myself for you, and at the same time I am coming to you first, so that you would like to invite Me into your lives.

 In your souls, I offer the Sacrifice for you when you receive Holy Communion. I make My Sacrifice in the soul of everyone who comes and receives My Body.

What should your answer be? -Give thanks and give yourself to Me.

 I have given you everything and I expect the same from you.

 This is the value of Communion - a meeting to give one another: Me and you.

 This is also a pattern of encounters between you humans. Give each other and accept each other in love, gratitude and forgiveness.

 As I receive you in love and forgiveness.

 Communion is a model of attitude towards another human being. And at the same time a gift of love that can only be answered with gratitude and love.  Covenant of love.

...that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the deeper knowledge of Himself.

+The wisdom you have, asked for many times, is in me. To know Me is to know My wisdom. The result is getting to know the world, others and yourself. It is purifying and sanctifying knowledge. It is the knowledge of the Truth that liberates from the enslavement of the world and oneself.
