It means: what is useful and enriching for someone. It is not worth speaking just to disturb the silence or expose yourself.

 Even if something is important to you, but unnecessary to someone else - you have to refrain from sharing it, because what's the point? It may bore your listeners, take up their time, and disturb their concentration on something more important.

 Restraint in words is very valuable. Words should be spoken purposefully and for good.

 Thinking needs to be controlled as much as words. Thoughts that do not bring anything good, should be removed and not allowed - give them to Me immediately.

 Satan willingly engages in uncontrolled thinking to inspire and disturb the harmony of the soul.

 It is good to give Me your thoughts and spoken words, so that I can shape them.

 Do this, it will be easier for you to remain in Me.

- Thank you [my Guardian Angel] for your care and kindness; I only give you toil and trouble.

 There is only good in my nature. I can and only want to love and help. It's not my doing. This is how God created me. He deserves praise and thanks.

 - You are revealing to me, Lord, the truth about Your love, and what can I write down? I should fall on my face and be silent, because there are no words worthy of Your gaze, Your holiness.

 The Scripture says that You were the Word Incarnate, and You were Love Incarnate, given to the world by the Father. And you are It- with us all days.

 Suffering Love, because it is rejected and trampled upon.

+Make still your heart, child, and abide in the Truth and rejoice in it and be satisfied with it.

 I am revealing to you what many will later know when they want to accept My Love.

 I reveal it to you now, because you participate in My Sacrifice of Blood and Love.

 I gave birth to you from My Sacrifice and you are called to it.

+It was necessary for you to get to know the world and what it gives, what it is.

 One gets to know oneself most fully through experience, not information.

 You see, many know Me from information, from theory - they know everything, but they know so little. Because they did not even desire it, because it seemed to them that knowledge was already complete knowledge.

 You can know nothing and receive knowledge by desiring Me, by loving Me.

 Knowing with the heart is simpler and deeper, because it immediately reaches into the interior of My Heart and is nourished by its love. This is how children and simple people recognize it, and how often they are inside My Heart, while others only see it from the outside.

 You poured so much love into my heart that I cannot feel any resentment or dislike towards anyone. I can only love and want to help. This is Your love - in it everything can be accepted and forgiven, and any sacrifice can be made. You have extended this offering of mine to infinity.

+ I love you and fill you with Myself. I will expand your heart so that you can encompass many misfortunes, much evil and envy.

 In Me there is no such thing as hatred, anger or resentment towards anyone.

 There is nothing that is not love.

 If you allow me to fill you, negative feelings will disappear in you too.

 You simply won't be capable of them.

 The Hymn of Love shows holiness and this is your program and vocation.

 - You made me understand: holiness means loving without any conditions, especially those who are destroyed by evil. It means: to love and show love.

 It is impossible for man, but You give such grace to those who desire it.

 You transform and there is no merit on the part of man. The gift of love was given completely undeservedly.

+ In the new era, the possibility of loving will be expanded. I will enable people to love each other. Those who remain will know My Love to a greater extent than before. They will experience it and live in it.

The entire history of salvation leads to the revelation of Love. To know God - Love better and better.

 Now there will be a breakthrough time: the separation of what is tainted with evil from what is pure. Those who choose evil over those who desire good.

 The vow of love will open the gates of My great graces. I want to bind many people to Me with such a vow. He will create new possibilities of love.

 This is My gift to My children who want to love more than they can.

- Support me, my Guardian Angel, in this prayer, shape my thoughts and open my heart to the Lord's love.

 I'm watching over you always. But my care is much more effective when you ask for it and expect it.

 - I would like to serve You well, Lord, but I think I'm doing it wrong.

+ The desire is enough - then I do everything. And when you surrender your will to Me, I am also responsible for you and for everything you do.

 For this responsibility to be complete, your total surrender is needed, repeated in your heart from moment to moment. Currently, only the path of childlike devotion can protect many people from the aggression of Satan, who is expanding his dominion over the world.

 That is why I have now shown this path to people.

 In the past, long-term ascetic exercises were more necessary.

 Now there is neither time nor conditions from the world for this. You need to throw yourself into My arms - and I will slowly transform, protect and guide you.

 There is no time for your own much slower efforts and exercises.

 Each path that I give to humanity is for a specific time. Then I give another, more appropriate one.

 There is no need to cling to what was once perfect.

 It is better to recognize the signs of the times and submit to My current inspirations.

 My Church has been guilty of many things due to its schematism and conservatism.

 I often have to force myself to break the old forms that are no longer useful.

 A new time is coming. What is happening now by the power of My Spirit, is a seed. It is an embryo that lives in the womb of old forms and it is getting tighter inside them as it grows.

 There will be pain in childbirth. The pain of purification and the emergence of a new, more perfect coexistence of humanity with Me.

 I am preparing many for this and many of My instructions have been written down, My Word given to the world.

 - Why are You talking to me about this, I won't tell anyone about it anyway.

+You have seen, how suffering brings you closer to Me  and how it teaches you childlike devotion.

+All humiliation is a cure for pride and self-reliance.  You have come closer to Me...

 When you give something to Me, do not return to it, because it is no longer yours.

 It is very necessary and beneficial.  You'll understand it someday.

 Everything is by My will and everything is necessary for your joy in Me and for the joy of those you bring to Me.

Talk to Me in your hearts.  I want your hearts and your trust.  And to surrender completely to My love: for everything, whatever happens.  I want it!

 It doesn't matter that you told Me so many times.  You have to constantly give yourself and make sacrifices.  To continue in this, to live in this.  Then you will be My sign, My Heart, My lips and My hands.

 +You are still yourself - like every human being - powerless against your flaws.

 I remind you of this so that you don't feel like you're superior to others.

 Everything is My gift and when I withdraw My grace even a little, your human misery and helplessness in the face of evil that has access to you without My protection are revealed.

 The extent to which I will be able to transform you, depends on the strength of your desire and not assigning any self-worth or any possibilities to yourself.

 Don't forget this, so that I don't have to cause you pain to teach you.

 You know - because I have made it known to you - how much I want to give to each of My children, how much I want to make them happy, and how much I suffer because you do not allow Me.  That you hide yourself from My love and My gifts with your pride and vanity.

 You always think you matter and can do something.  And in order to help you, I must painfully cure you of these illusions.  It's so hard for you to come to terms with the truth about yourself.  Even those who know it are so willing to forget, so eager to create ever new designs of illusions.

 There is nothing of value apart from My will.  There are no values ​​at all outside of Me.  Good exists only as the implementation of My will.  There is good in man and his life too!

 Opposing My will resulted in original sin.  Human action - of each of you - not agreed upon in your heart with Me is not good.

 And what is not good is evil.  There are no neutral actions.  There are no neutral or bland situations.  Always, at every moment of life, you have to choose: either with Me or not.

 Independence is a rejection of Me.  And it is an illusion, because man is never independent.

Independent - that is: acting without Me.  And if it's without Me, it's because of Satan's inspiration.  No man has ever done anything alone.

 Whatever he did, he did it by My inspiration or by Satan's inspiration.

 The most painful mistakes are when someone wants to act for Me, but does not take My will into account, because he thinks he knows and is able to determine for himself what is good - what is consistent with My will.

 This is a common mistake of My servants.  This is the error of pride in claiming the ability to discern.

 You have to keep asking for discernment, and you have to ask from the position of not knowing anything.

 Because it really is.

 From moment to moment you must ask, watch, remain in Me and ask.

 Keep your eyes open to the consequences of your actions and your ears to the voice of My judgment.

 Humility is constant dependence on Me, resulting from taking seriously My words that without Me you can do nothing - nothing good.

 That is why the Path of Divine Childhood is so valuable.

 A child - a good child - does nothing without the consent of his parents.

It asks about everything, asks for permission, and tells everything.

It does not attribute any possibility or value to himself, he does not count on himself.

It knows that everything depends on the parents.  He boasts of them, rejoices in them, loves them.

 He knows that they desire his good and he obeys them.  He trusts them.

How greater are My possibilities than those of earthly parents, how greater my love.  How much greater is the pain of losing a child who, wanting to be an "adult", chose independence - that is, rejection of the Father, even if only temporarily.

 Falls caused by the reflexes of your nature are a very small evil.

 The real evil is independence, because it involves turning away from My watching and helpful love.

 This is where your own plans and ambitions lie.  Own - that is, not Mine.  Own - that is, based on pride and vanity or on the illusion that there can be anything good in it.

 And this is how we reached the starting point: I have to inflict pain on my beloved children to dispel their illusions and submission to Satan.

 Don't regret tears of love.  Don't regret anything.  In front the love you have in Me, everything is nothing.

+If people were more turned to Me and listened more carefully, they could be much wiser, seeing themselves in the truth and judging themselves in the light of My wisdom.

 They do a lot - almost everything - without reference to My wisdom or even to their own human reasoning and foresight.

 Most often, the motive is the immediate fulfillment of the desires of the moment with a very narrow view and without thinking about the consequences.

 The motive for such reckless behavior is pride and selfishness - the main sins of humanity that began in Paradise under the tree of truth.

 You act as Eve did: thoughtlessly, short-sightedly, satisfying immediate whims to please yourself and impress others.

 Even those whom I have chosen, to a large extent, more or less consciously, act in the same way.

 You thought I made you like that.

 I created you limited - it is true, but I gave you a heart that can love and an understanding with which you can strive for discernment.

 Above all, I gave you My Words and also sent My Son, who explained and showed you everything with His life.

I keep talking to you and showing you the truth and goodness, but you prefer to be blind and deaf - focused only on yourself. And despite My Omnipotence, I am powerless against you, because I have given you free will.

 Out of love I gave it to you. I did not want you to be subordinated to My Wisdom like animals.

 I wanted you to freely choose Love and Wisdom, and in this way I could make you happy as My true children, born of My Spirit and My Love.

 But you prefer to choose evil and stupidity and renounce the inheritance that is intended for you in My Kingdom.

 The only measure that is effective enough to save you is pain, suffering and fear. And I have to use these cruel means, because I love you and I feel sorry for you as you head towards your own destruction. This is the only thing that converts and protects you.

I must terrify you and cause you great pain to make you open your eyes and turn away from the path of perdition. I must do this to save thousands of My children devoured by Satan every day.

 You don't see it because it's more convenient for you to be blind, but I see it all. I hear the cry and see the despair and terror of the dying, the cry of pain that will never cease. Just as the joy and happiness of those who remain with Me will never cease.

 Children who sacrifice themselves for others, will save thousands, although in people's opinion they do nothing.

 The real and human measure of effectiveness is different.

 Today I even gave you a sign that your concern for someone was accepted.

 And I came to this person in the double Host that you received. She doesn't know it, but it happened and one day she will.

I want to speak to you in all circumstances, not only when you kneel before Me.

 I have the same desire for each of My children. I want everyone to live with an open heart and to be in constant communication with Me. So that I can feed you constantly with My love and truth.

 You don't have to do anything except crave this food. Just like a child in its mother's womb, surrounded by her and connected to her, so that her life-giving power gives him life.

 This should be the soul's connection with the Creator. This is not a metaphor - this is the spiritual reality, these are the proportions of possibilities.

 See yourself in the role of an embryo, and then you will know the truth about your powerlessness and dependence. You will learn the senselessness of all your own ambitions and actions undertaken without Me, without discerning My will. You will also learn about the scope of My care and My love.

+Through various situations I show you the problems that I want to talk to you about in order to educate and guide you. And depending on how open your eyes and heart are, you see, experience and ask.

 Notice the purpose of these conversations: not to satisfy your curiosity, but to educate you.

 The Holy Scripture and all prophecies have the same purpose. And all this to give you the happiness of living in Me.

 I want to prepare everyone for complete happiness. Everyone will receive according to their desire and zeal for loving intercourse with Me.
