After confession, I felt relief, but at the same time, I saw the filth of my soul, as if a grayness lingered everywhere and covered everything anew each day. This ancient filth and this fresh filth, which was not touched in confession, even though the evil of the facts it gave rise to had been removed.

—How should I confess, how should I live so that this filth is gone?

† My child, purity of soul, purity of heart is Love, I am the living One who fills your soul. Talk to Me constantly, desire Me, and rejoice in Me. And at the same time, be with Me wherever I am. Where I suffer, where I die in the world of the human souls of My children who have abandoned Me. You must confess the lack of love in your heart, in your thoughts, in your gaze upon another person. Purity of heart is the desire to love Me in everything you experience, in everything you see in all people. If you do anything, experience anything, or think anything, let the primary intention of your heart be to love Me and expand My Love in the world. Only in the background should your own affairs be placed: both temporal and eternal. Everything in your life is valuable to the extent that it increases love in human souls and in your own—to the extent that it deepens your bond with Me. Your primary sin, therefore, is the neglect of efforts in this direction: the neglect of living communion with Me, of listening attentively to My voice and My will. And the neglect of devoting your heart and your daily life to Mary, My Mother, who can and desires to make your heart pure in the image of Hers.

† 我的孩子，灵魂的纯洁，心灵的纯洁就是爱，我是那充满你灵魂的活生生的存在。要不断地与我交谈，渴望我，并因我而喜乐。同时，无论我在哪里，都要与我同在。无论我在哪里受苦，无论我在哪里死去，无论我的孩子——那些抛弃我的人类灵魂——的世界里，你都要与我同在。你必须忏悔你心中、你的思想中、你对别人的目光中缺乏爱。心灵的纯洁就是渴望在你所经历的一切、在你所看到的每个人身上都爱我。 无论你做什么、经历什么、思考什么，你心中最重要的意图都应该是爱我，并将我的爱传播到世上。你自己的事，无论是今生的还是永恒的，都应该放在次要位置。你生命中的一切，只要能增进世人灵魂和你自身的爱，只要能加深你与我的联结，就都具有价值。因此，你最大的罪过就是忽略了这方面的努力：忽略了与我活在共融之中，忽略了认真聆听我的声音和我的旨意。也忽略了将你的心和你的日常生活奉献给我的母亲玛利亚，她能够也渴望使你的心洁净，如同她的一样。
