– Preparing for Confession?

† You must list individual sins: those acts of your heart and mind by which you directly hurt Me or someone else. And those omissions through which you did not contribute to the expansion of God's Kingdom in souls (yours or others). 

But you must also recognize and express the inner cause of the evil you committed, which—generally speaking—is a greater love of self than of God and neighbor. The greater the love, the greater the sins it causes, for they are a manifestation of selfishness, pride, and similar evil self-love. Therefore, reach to the source of evil and accuse yourself of too little effort in devoting yourself and your soul, wounded by the effects of original sin, of too little desire for communion with Me in everyday life and of entrusting yourself to Mary for every, even the smallest, evil inclination.  

With every intention, thought and deed of yours, consider whether you want to build the Kingdom of God through it or satisfy your own selfishness.

† 你必须列出具体的罪过：那些你内心和思想的行为，那些你直接伤害我或他人的行为；以及那些你未能为天国在灵魂（你自己的或他人的）中扩展做出贡献的疏忽。

但你也必须认识到并表达你所犯罪行的内在原因，通常来说，就是你爱自己胜过爱天主和爱邻人。爱得越深，所导致的罪过就越大，因为罪过是自私、骄傲和类似邪恶自爱的表现。因此，要找到罪恶的根源，责备自己在奉献自己和被原罪伤害的灵魂方面做得不够，在日常生活中与我共融的渴望不够强烈，以及没有将自己每一个，哪怕是最微小的邪恶念头都托付给玛利亚。

 你的每一个意图、每一个想法、每一个行动，都要考虑你是想借此建立神的国度，还是想满足自己的私欲。
