- I felt anxiety this morning, and sometimes also fear. What was that?
+The supernatural world is not far away.
You move in it most often unconsciously. Both good and evil spirits have access to you.
Depending on which one approaches you, you feel fear or peace, hate or love.
- What does it depend on, which is closer?
+From your choice, from how much you reveal yourself through your weakness, which you did not give Me in time. And also whether I expose you to test you and strengthen you.
- For what reason did the evil spirit approach me today?
+From the third. Fear is a very strong motive for fleeing into My arms.
I wanted you to be with Me in your heart from the moment you woke up.
- This is how you court these foolish and ungrateful hearts of ours...
+I strive because My nature is Love. And you are poor: you do not see the Truth and you do not hear My voice. Blind and deaf children created from Love and for Love.
How can I not help you?
+Benevolence towards others takes precedence over prayer. Just like in the parable of the Good Samaritan. [Łk 10,25-37]
What is prayer worth if its fruit is not action?

+You should try to see good and bad as clearly.
Therefore, to develop one and limit the other.
Proportion in diagnosis must be maintained so that the path of development is right.
Excessive self-criticism and excessive liberalism towards oneself are a hindrance.
Seeing the good is seeing My grace and using it consciously.
Excessive self-criticism can lead to pessimism and giving up effort. It acts as a brake because there is not enough faith in the possibility of transformation and holiness.
Therefore, try to develop the good that I have placed in your heart, so that there will be less and less room for evil.
Enjoy the good you see in yourself, so that this joy will be greater than the sadness of failures.
Do not grieve over your failures, but run to Me immediately to apologize and give them back to Me. I will accept everything and forgive everything, because I know that you want to be good.

+Don't be sad. Your loneliness only applies to the world. You're not alone. I am with you. And you have many friends in Heaven. They accompany you, look after you and pray for you.
It doesn't matter that you can't see them. Their presence and help is more real than what you experience in the world. You don't belong to this world anymore and it can't give you anything. Your home and your homeland is with Me.
Here your soul and your heart should be constantly and draw strength from here.

+Much has changed in your heart since then. Your longing and your love is now aware. You know where to find Me and go there. It's good for you on your way because you know I'm with you.
