- While I am praying, I am disturbed by side thoughts - not so much bad as unnecessary and stupid - distracting...Help me, Lord.

 +Immerse yourself in Me.

 - Yes, but without Your grace it is impossible,

 + Your efforts are pleasing to Me.

- What can I give You, Lord, from me?  What do you expect?

 +Love.  You can give me love.

  - How to fulfill Your will?

In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness  and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

- Yesterday evening, after prayer, I asked the Lord how to pray, so that the prayer would be what He wants...

 +Be quiet

 - I kept asking what else should I be doing...

 +Rely on Me.

 - After yesterday's confession, the whole day was a constant adoration and closeness to the Lord.  A wonderful, felt closeness that goes beyond the limits of imagination and desire that one can have.

 ... keep getting better!  You know what commands We gave you through the Lord Jesus.  For the will of God is your sanctification.
